- Posterior bridges reaching into the molar region
- 4- and more-unit bridges
- Inlay-retained bridges
- Very deep sub gingival preparations
- Patients with substantially reduced residual dentition
- Bruxism
- Cantilever bridges / extension units
- Maryland bridges
- Any other use not listed in the indications
